Let Prose Help Aid Your Growth To A Better You

Growth is natural and will happen given time. We need to be aware of the need, put in the effort when required and give ourselves time to assimilate new thoughts, ideas, concepts as they arrive in our lives. At times we do question what is happening and ponder and wonder. We think and are thoughtful about our lot in life. What we are doing. What we are involved in. What direction our life is going in.

The power of words . . .

As we read we can let the words gently flow over us. We can let the words quietly be spoken to us in there own sweet way. We can let ourselves open to the thoughts and their meanings, the ideas and their origin, the phrases and the understandings that they have ready for us. Ready for us to assimilate and take on board. If we let them filter through and allow the words their power to move and rejuvenate. If we let ourselves be uplifted and filled with their sometimes hidden insights. Too gently and slowly to impact on our lives as we read - and in the future when we recall their meaning for us.

I hope this development page will do this and more. I hope this example will help to express life in an insightful, penetrating but easy to read manner. And help us to question the lives we lead and the manner in which we live them.

Growth and development very much go hand in hand,
without growing in life we could be like Custer's last stand
an important act but missing something we might say
confident at the beginning but at end losing our way.

And this is not what we want in this good life
we want aid development and improve and remove the strife
that can befall us on our journey each and every day
perhaps we cannot remove it but minimize it in some way

And this we can do by advancing and bettering our own stance
by enhancing and boosting our life we will have the chance
to grow into things as they come right along
and take advantage of every opportunity that will make us strong

In this life and in faith in our own abilities
trusting in our talents and value system will decrease any follies
that we might be enticed away from our path to have a try
when main course, full steam ahead is the method we should apply

To building our lives and help us to resemble
not a human doing, but a human being and one most able
to take advantage of and fully appreciate what comes our way
to give and contribute and in no way to betray

Our best instincts and feelings and thoughts that we can trust
without which what would life be and it could easily go bust
in front of us at any time if we don't take special care
of what we have in our life and shout forth a loud fanfare

Of how much we have in this life that we can hold dear
and close to our heart and rightly appear
on top of our growth, but only we really know
the extent and the happiness that we won't outgrow

And our growth as we take this life by the lapel
and march forward to a bright future which can really gel
into something rich and wondrous and our life it can augment
if we give without thought and contribute to the full and consent

To think of ourselves but of others in equal measure
to strengthen this life and to really treasure
the grace and the joy we feel while we remain on course
to maximize growth in this life and to reinforce

Our confidence and motivation and self esteem
to have a wonderful life and know it is no dream
but reality that we can live in and we can share
with loved ones and friends equally and then declare

That there is much in this life we may not understand
though we try very hard life's mysteries to comprehend
perhaps what we need to grok and to make clear
is that life is for us and we should let out a loud cheer.
