Your Nature Is Your Way Of Tackling Your Life

Our nature. What is that? Is it important? How does it affect the way we live? Is it the way we live? What does it mean to us? What do we follow? Lots of questions - and it is good to find some answers . . .

Our character, our disposition, our individuality, they are a part of our everyday life. But how does this all fit together? With our nature comes tension and pressures and other emotions to cope with. These add anxiety and further burdens to otherwise pressurized lives. To put things into perspective for ourselves we will question and ponder, think and reassess - what we do, who we are, our tensions and anxieties, ourselves. At times like these words can be very powerful - healing, soothing, comforting, relaxing . . .

The power of words . . .

As we read we can let the words gently flow over us. We can let the words quietly be spoken to us in there own sweet way. We can let ourselves open to the thoughts and their meanings, the ideas and their origin, the phrases and the understandings that they have ready for us. Ready for us to assimilate and take on board. If we let them filter through and allow the words their power to move and rejuvenate. If we let ourselves be uplifted and filled with their sometimes hidden insights. Let them gently and slowly impact on our lives as we read - and in the future when we recall their meaning for us.

I hope this page will do this and more. I hope this example will help to express life in an insightful, penetrating but easy to read manner. And help us to question the lives we lead and the manner in which we live them.

Are you happy with your nature?
Do you think that it enhances your stature
Does it come down to what you venture
Or is it more that you are a creature

Of intelligence, wit and feeling
Whose life is day by day unveiling
More and more possibilities and quelling
Your appetite for randomized battling

With who and what you are
Which is definitely not something bizarre
But something very precious and special
And you realize this is real and not a trial

For life is important and true but critical
Its wonders can make anyone's eyes twinkle
For the blessings of life can be focal
To our celebrating and of its nature be so vocal.

What in life is your nature?
Or is it just a mixture
Of animal, vegetable and mineral
In differing quantities and being one of several

Ways of looking at what we appear to be
Or is it what underlies life or maybe
It is our descendants who are to blame
For the way we are, oh what a shame

If that were true and we had no hand
In the way we are and what we do
Of the deeds, thoughts and actions that stand
For us, that is us, is that not true?

Are you a natural
Or perhaps just special
A human being like no other
Being yourself, with no keeper

In charge of the things that you do
Whose thoughts might subdue
Many a venture or action
If your mind creates a tension

That may or may not exist
It likes to both desist and resist
Our best efforts at trying to conquer
Our minds best attempts at being our controller.

All best,
